Affiliates should make sure, they have correct contact information - or links leading to this - on their landing pages. By doing so they clarify they are responsible for those pages.

It is not allowed to overbid Jamster, Jamba or iLove in the paid search results. This only applies to the top 5 position in the paid search results.

Legal

I confirm that all websites on which I will use Jamster ad media, the Jamster website or Jamster Content and the data submitted does not breach Singapore\'s law. In particular those contents which infringe copyrights, the rights to a name or brand. Furthermore content which is seditious, of pornographic nature, glorified violence or use of illegal drugs or is morally harmful to young people violates this agreement. Finally, content containing viruses which are able to damage data or systems are not welcome.

I will not use Jamster content on websites whose domain names infringe the rights to a brand or personal rights of Jamster or a third party. It is not allowed to use metatags which include the protected brands of Jamster or third parties.

If third parties try to prosecute a claim in the above mentioned matters against Jamster, Jamster will not be liable for any aspect of the claim, including all costs.

I agree that Jamster has the right to withdraw the rights to use their content on my website without a notice period and without having to provide specific reasons.
